Who Am I?

I’m Josh, a teacher, football coach, father of 3, and strength & conditioning coach with 10 years of experience working with over 500 athletes.

I’ve created systems that have helped athletes Bench 350lbs+, Squat 550lbs+, Deadlift 500lbs+, Clean 300lbs+, and run sub-4.6 40-yard dashes, all while losing fat and building muscle.

I don’t just write about strength. I teach what I practice every single day.
